video time

i have finally made my first video
i know this one is bad so dont worry i have more too come in the next few weeks
i know i didn't post wat balls i was using in the vid so here they are
lane one cobalt bomb on the very first shot(not my ball)classic zone green pin,
the one,and one shot with scorchin inferno

square up your shoulders and feet at the line.
try not to fall off of your shot at the end.
stay behind the ball more at release.
hold the ball INLINE with your shoulder for a SQUARED up drop.

sorry if it sounds critical, its just what im seeing, the things i was coached NOT to do.

I was just reviewing your video and noticed that you tended to miss left quite a bit.  It looked like you were turing it a little early.  Try to keep your palm up (thumb at 12 o'clock), or hand underneath the ball if you will and this will allow the ball to travel to the right easier.  You may even want to start with your hand a little more underneath the ball.  You also may want to straighten your pushaway up (which will help you stay underneath the ball longer).  You want your arm to be a straight pendelom, or tuck behind you just slightly (i.e. the figure 8 swing).  Notice chris barnes has a slight tuck in his swing and his hand remains underneath the ball all the way through the swing and once the thumb exits the fingers rotate slightly.
