Title: Rico with High Track?
Post by: Goof1073 on April 19, 2005, 12:04:40 PM: How high of a track does one have to have before they consider raising the pin toward the fingers? I've seen a variance of the Rico drilling like this, but it didn't indicate how high of a track one needed to have prior to making moving the pin.

Post by: stanski on April 19, 2005, 08:41:26 PM: Going over the thumb means that the ball is not flaring enough. The only thing this would flare over is the finger holes with a normal release/ pap thats not over 6 3/4 inches from the grip center. I know that as long as the equipment is high flare enough, I can use low pin placements with ease even with my high track, it barely clips the finger holes on the last few flares.
