Old Brunswick hook potentials converted to a new rating?

So, what's the formula for converting old Brunswick hook potentials (such as 10.5 (shiny)/18.5 (dull) ) to the current 10-175 rating?

If it's on a scale of 1-20, I'd probably call "20" the new 130-140. What was a heavy oil ball 7-10 years ago may not be much more than a medium to medium-heavy ball now.

I'm with shelley on this one, I think if you were to do a proportion then -25% that would be accurate from the old equipment i've thrown on today's conditions.

It's not up to only 20, since for example Brunswick states a dull Danger Zone HPH to be 22.

IIRC, when the new scale was created, it assumed that the original Danger Zone, in box finish, had a hook potential of 100 and a length of 100.
