O.K. I searched and did not find what I'm after. I just picked up a Punisher on a trade. It's drilled Sarge Easter. How do you figure what your spans are supposed to be??
My normal span is about 4 9/16" and 4 5/8", I believe. How do I go about measuring up the Sarge? Thanks.

Middle finger span/pitches leave untouched. Ring finger, measure for standard conventional, pitch 1/4 reverse and 5/8th right and you're done.
Edit... i need to work on a FAQ on my website.

O.K. I gave the Sarge Easter a try the other night. First time ever throwing a ball with that style grip, and was really impressed. First off, the Punisher is WAY stronger than I thought it would be. The amount of hook it has really impressed me, and hit VERY hard too.
I know the SE grip is supposed to take off some revs??? ( I may be wrong there) I don't know if it affected that part of my game much, but I was able to get alot "more" hand in the ball. I can do things with this ball that I haven't seen with others. I only threw it 3 games, and shot 600 something, so it's a winner for now.
The Punisher is very predictable, and the carry was awesome. I don't know if I'd consider this a "dry"lane ball. But with a few adjustments, it could fit that slot. I don't think I'll plug it up yet, but we'll see how it goes after some more practice or use it in a summer league. Thanks for reading.

Because it was on my Big B PUNISHER.

Say you have a ball with regular drilling and grips. Would you just plug the ring finger, and redrill a standard hole, and it would fit Sarge? I'm just curious what it would take to change another ball.

I've done that for folks looking to convert. Haven't had an issue yet, just make sure the overall feel of the grip is good.
