I have to agree with Ari & the others here. $7 even +$32 for brand new, undrilled ball is almost theft.
Have your driller, drill out the pin and refill it. Remember on Brunswick balls, the pin is very shallow, only going as far as the shell. Once I redrilled a ball that had the pin in the ring finger. When I saw his plug job, he put a different color filling where the ring finger was; so I knew and it showed exactly where the pin had been. I'm sure your driller can do the same for a couple of dollars extra.
If you had paid $75 or more for it, then I'd return it and/or file a claim with Ebay/Paypal. He should have mentioned it. It's hardly visible in the picture to me. But for $30 delivered?? It's a waste of your time and energy.
