My vote goes for the Rampage. Ball was money out of the box for our med/med-dry house condition. Now that they got a new lane machine, the Rampage surface has been tweaked and still works well. My Amubsh now is making a run more even rolling and smoother at the breakpoint (both balls drilled the same for me).

yeah, i think the Rampage is the best, hands down. Threw my friends once and it was reallllly smooth. . .

Rampage has my vote for best BVP! I might have a 2nd Rampage on the way in, might drill this 2nd up to its strongest layout, see what it really can do.

the goliath is very condition specific----it needs oil and/or carrydown to perform at it's best. a straighter line also works best.

the punisher is for drier lanes---i need a lot of dry to get this ball to move. of course, the cover prep on mine partially dictates that( 4,000 abralon, rough buff, brunswick polish ).

the nemesis is a great medium condition ball. i've used it wetsanded 2,000 grit and i've used it sanded a little duller with some brunswick polish on it. i got a great roll with both depending upon the lane condition.

i really like the ambush best. it's a particle pearl but it's a low load particle and the rg is slightly higher than the other bvp's. it gets down the lane just fine and has a great roll.

The Ambush and Rampage are the perfect one-two combo.  Don't have a Rampage yet . . but I've got a friend that can cover most lane conditions he sees with both balls.  The Ambush is ridiculous though, it'll eat most house patterns alive, and it doesn't burn the crap out of the track.

Ambush
Punisher
Nemesis

I haven't thrown the rampage yet but thinking of getting one.  I don't think you can go wrong with the BVP line if you use the ball for the condition it's made for.

Ive had the Pun, the Ram, and the Bush.

The Punisher was good for what it was but wasnt going to overwhelm the other equipment in my bag.

The Rampage did just that. Out of the box, it was ridiculous the look I got with that ball---all over the place.

Then it died a little on me. Into the hook again it went---just like new.

The Ambush is a monster for me. I saw people saying what they would about it (good or bad). The ball is just awesome. I really dont know how else to describe it.

My vote---Ambush
