I would.

Funny, the pins don't seem to know where a ball is made.

Now that brunswick is out of the bowling business and not making the balls anymore you will still buy them? They are selling the name...so the ball will still be "Brunswick" but not really.

It hasn't happened yet and may not for some time. They actually have to be bought first.  When it does go through, you and everyone will eventually see what the new owners do or don't do. Then you can make an educated decision on the change in product. When EBI bought Hammer/Track/Columbia some people fell off the bandwagon and some people jumped on. Time will tell. As of now, nothing has actually occurred.

I throw what works best for me.  From about 1996 to 2006 Brunswick made me most of the money I made in tournaments.  Since then I haven't had much luck with Brunswick.  I probably haven't given their stuff a fair chance lately, but when other stuff is working, I cant afford to experiment unless something really looks good.

Bet that person in Michigan that lost their job from the move sure does. Does Brunswick have good products, yes I think so. Do I stock in my shop, no, not since the move to Mexico. Do I sell, yes if a customer comes in and that is what they want, I don't stir them away from it, I order it. Better I order and get a sale and support my local economy than buy online and support someone 1500 miles away.

Agreed: When I can buy a ball made in the USA - Brunswick is dead to me.

I was throwing Brunswick balls made in Mexico with great success until health problems and back surgery forced me to drop to 12# balls per Dr's orders. I then chose to  switch  to another company because Brunswick uses generic cores in all of their light weight balls and not the performance cores used in their heavier balls, whereas the company I switched uses the same size and shape performance core in all of their balls regardless of weight of ball.

Had it not been for that, I would still be throwing Brunswick balls.
