I don't do this usually but I just thought I would do a little brag. Last night in league I shot the series of my life.
289-269-300 = 858
Three 10 pins is all I shot last night. 32 of 35 strikes, including the last 18 in a row.
Last two weeks since I got my Red Zone I've had 795 & 858 in my Wednesday night league. To say the ball matches up to my game pretty well for me is an understatement. It is one of the most predictable balls I have ever thrown, keeps the pins low, and carries very well.

The Red Zone sounds like a great ball, but it's not all the ball, the user can't completely suck too
. Congrats on the great series!!!
Didn't BrunsNick break a series record with it or something a while back?

Nick did a four game series with the Red Zone.
Awesome shooting, DSJ! I've been eyeing a Red Zone for awhile. But like fins said, "the user can't completely suck too." Great job!

Great shooting!!! How's that baby layed out?
-
It must have felt surreal for you to shoot that!
Congratulations!

Great series. That one is definitely worth tooting your horn about. Interested too, how is the ball drilled?
Do not have one, but I am trying to decide if I want that one, or the Total. (Two different balls I know)

Scott,
Great series. Always nice to see an old fart like me shoot some numbers and that there is a number!
-
Thanks guys.
My Red Zone is drilled with the pin above the ring and the mass bias is located about 1" right of the thumb. Not necessarily a very aggressive drilling. The ball just seems to roll all the way through the pin deck.

Great shootin! I've had my red zone about a week and a half, drilled pin above the bridge mb kicked out about 3 inches from my thumb. also very happy with it, great carry, consisiten roll...i did change the surface on it, it was a little touchy with the 400+ polish, changed mine to 600 with black magic. Yours still in OOB condition?

Great shooting! Around here, that would make for a city record. Way to go!

I've only bowled 300, but I've benched 345

I had the pleasure of having this set shot against me. I shot 739 and it didnt feel like much
.
On my behalf, I would like to note that although Scott shot 858, they didnt win a game. We shot 3557 with one guy shooting 600 even. Having that 858 in place of that would have been nice!
Congratualtions Scott.
