New arsenal, your thoughts Brunswick staffers??
« on: August 19, 2006, 12:21:44 PM »
The last few weeks I have been working on my arsenal.

It was:
Brunswick Smokin Inferno
Ebonite The One
Ebonite The Big One
Brunswick Scorchin Inferno

Now its:
Brunswick Vapor Zone PSA weak position
Brunswick Vapor Zone PSA a tad stronger
Brunswick Rampage (stronger vapor zone and rampage kinda over lap but in a good way)
Brunswick Scorchin Inferno (Brunswick Strike Zone might take this spot over)

What do you think? I have the Strike Zone, Rampage, and Morich Onslaught in my closet, basically storage.

Please let me know what you think!

Thats what the weaker drilled vspor zone is good for. The PSA is 2.5" left of the thumb. Plus its polished for the drier condition.

Can a Brunswick arsenal actually exist or flourish without an Original or an Absolute Inferno?

As long as you have a Vapor or Classic.

i think the cover is too strong to cover toast, no matter how much you polish it...

I rarely ever see extreme dry lanes, when I do I use my plastic ball. I used a Dry/R at one point, very good ball but I found it very aggressive on a medium oiled house shot. The Dry/R would out hook the Weaker drilled Vapor Zone on a regular basis!

You should throw an Ambush in there.  You need something with some more control.  I agree on the lighter oil ball as well.  But if you are only bowling in certain houses and the Vapors work, then stick with those.  If you plan on hitting any tournaments then you will need some weaker covers.
