Title: short oil help
Post by: PUGIDOGS on October 30, 2006, 01:26:44 AM
I have been asked to sub on a team for a couple months that bowls on a pattern that I cannot figure out.  It looks to be about 28 feet of medium oil and buffed to 36 feet,  with dry and flying back ends.  I don't think I have the right equipment to match up on these conditions.  Any Ideas?  What would you be using?

I posted this here because want to stay with big B equipment.

The smokin should work perfectly using inside track. But if you don't want to spend that much then groove /Dry or Groove Reactive using outside track if your okay with it.

You could try zone classic red pin. put the pin center of grip. that would be pretty weak.

similar pattern here, 36 feet buffed to 38 on old wood lanes, flying backends

I punched up a urethane messenger drilled it 6 x 5 (basically a lefty label drill) works perfect for the first game until the lanes break down enough for me to move deeper
