Advice for more versatility in my arsenal
« on: March 06, 2006, 11:09:21 AM »
I'm looking for some possible suggestions for a ball to help complement my arsenal a bit.

I currently have a Strike Zone for heavy oil and my 7 year old Columbia Extreme Chaos that comes out when it's too dry for my Strike Zone.  I think the Columbia is about ready to be put out to pasture.

I throw medium-high revs and about 17-19 mph, and usually bowl on wood lanes.

Any suggestions on a good, versatile ball to complement my Strike Zone?

Thanks for the advice, guys.

I'm not necessarily looking for another particle ball, just something that will do well on everything that's too dry for the Strike Zone.

I have been thinking about trying something from the Inferno line to give the symmetrical cores a shot, but I will definitely take a good look at the Classic Zone.

Classic zone is a good step down from the strke zone but if you want to go inferno, absolute would be the way to go ,ultimate is to similar depending on the drilling and the smokin is way to condition specific.I haven't thrown the original, intense or blazing so no comment on those.

My vote is for the Smokin'. Mine comes out after the Strike Zone and fits perfect.

I have Original Inferno and Zone Classic

I love them both and my inferno is a tad bit stronger
