Title: Sidewinder at 500
Post by: carlos on September 12, 2009, 01:34:53 PM
Would a Sidewinder at 500 be equal to a Siege bowling ball ? Would I have to take it down to 320 wet sand to have the reaction of the Siege. Thanks for input on this matter. My friend wants to try a surface change before getting a new ball.

hard to say.....the sidewinder is a particle pearl and the siege is a solid reactive. the cores are different as well.

Siege's Core cover combo is meant to get the ball through the heads but still work in heavy oil.  The older balls rolled earlier because of the cores and sanding it will make it roll even more early so not a very good comparison.
