I recall someone saying that the coverstock on the Quantum ball in question was a lot like/the same as the coverstock used for the Slay/R. Is there any validity to that? If so how do these balls stack up compared to each other?

Impatient are we? Remember, ball drillers and reps like to sleep in.

I hope BrunsRicH would know more about the ball, because I sure don't.

There was a big thread on here over the summer about this ball. IIRC, it had a Blazing Inferno core.

See, that's the problem with this site. Any information more than a month old you have to toil through tons and tons of pages to find anything.
Blazing inferno core in a Quantum? No way... Ugh!

There was also another thread about this where I believe someone from Brunswick chimed in and said it was a modified Inferno core(Along the lines of a Blazing Inferno).

I have the LE. I believe it has a low rg core with the n'control coverstock. It rolls like that. You can see the core reving early but the cover keeps it sliding until the later midlane. It is a little different look than the slay/R.
