Title: Slingshot, any new colors coming out?

I want to buy a Slingshot ASAP but for the life of me I can't stomach any of the current colors.

- Have you looked at them int he pro shop and not online?
- In person, several of them are significantly better looking than their pictures.
- Also since their colors are randomly mixed, any one color combo can look very different from ball to ball.

I have a blue and gold one that's pretty nice looking but it is discontinued. The Black and Silver one is very nice looking, to my eyes.

They currently only have five colors
two are red, both of which aren't appealing (one is a silver/red.. yuck!)
one is a black which I'm not interested in (I hate black)
one is a purple but in real life it's mostly black
one is a pink which is also mostly black and not my color.

I just don't know what they were thinking with these balls while the Tzones have a lot of colors.

No offense but -
They were probably thinking something along the lines that
1. Many people do like this color set, and
2. They can't make a many variations in their strike balls as they do in their spare balls.

If you don't like red, or blue or black, then you have to consider yourself in the vast minority. Ball companies do a lot of research and especially in their lower resin strike ball lines and their spare ball line, they regularly discontinue certain colors and introduce many newer colors and color combinations.

Check on Ebay; they often have many discontinued balls. Maybe they'll have a color combination you will like.

I like blue. If they had a blue one I'd be happy.
