International release... if it was stateside I'd expect a coverstock that didn't include the international numbering system to indicate backend strength. Activator Plus would be stateside... Activator Plus 7.5 has international market written all over it.

Side note - Looks like they found something to use the leftover Swarm core mold for at least.

I would guess international when it came from Sunbridge-group and the guy wasn't speaking English. But many times Brunswicks international stuff gets released over here through bowlingball.com and bowling.com so its worth keeping an eye out for.
