Thanks for the heads up Mega. I've been on the fence about getting this ball but no more. First time ordering from bowlingball.com. I left my pin request, 2 - 3", in the special instructions box. Is that the right way to do it? I'm hoping I can use this ball in the 2nd game of the set after my fury (3000 trizact) starts hooking too much. So far with the Fury I've shot first games of 245 195(op error) 256 and 268 but by the second game the oils gone and I don't have enough revs to play any deeper. Like I said I hope the fury pearl will work in at least the 2nd game. Thanks again.

With that pin out, you will have plenty of options.
The intended use for this ball sounds about right where you're looking to use it.
