GOLIATH/ABSOLUTE LAYOUTS?
« on: April 06, 2005, 06:35:08 AM »
Looking for ideas on these 2 balls for layouts. Med-high tracking player, medium revs, 16-17 ball speed. I play more on the side of the ball than the back.

goliath-hook to the next lane. Thought about the patrick girad drilling here.

absolute-strong arc backend

Don't know about the Goliath, but my Absolute is drilled Label Leverage, and I get a pretty darn strong arc with it, and I think I have a bit less hand than you, so... Hope that helps! (Probabaly dosen't)

Anyway... Good luck with those balls!!!!!!

B-mac, there is a pic of the layout of my Absolute in my profile. You can't see it because of the glare, but the CG is about an inch straight down, below the ring finger hole.
Like I said, this drilling gives me a strong arc reaction.

Hope this helps!
