Title: squeezing at the release

Im having a real problem squeezing the ball at the point of my release...if anyone has some advice on how to correct this, it would be appreciated. im a tall guy so i have to get down lower than most.....is this affecting my delivery?............Earl

a smaller or bigger span Joe?

First for sure check your span and pitches.  If everything is good try a sharp thumb hole.  I use mine out of the press quickly buzzed with the reamer so it dont chip...if you squeeze you'll know it.
