Fury replacement?

Does anyone have any ideas as to what the Big B will come up with to replace the solid Fury (perhaps a solid version of the Twisted Fury?)

Looks like the Ultimate re-release is going to be the replacement.  They took the Fury off the website and put the Ultimate on the ball chart.

Fury is a great ball, but real drill sensitive. Layed out with a strong drill, it's incredible..

But the problem was the ball reps told the pro shop operators to drill them weak because they would burn up.Most that I saw around here were pucks becuase of that.

Well what's their best oiler right now? I'm trying to find a good strong early/mid ball to compliment my Attitude Shift on the heavy and I was curious what you guys thought about a Big B ball for the Heavy? I really like the way the Blast Zone rolls, but I see that it's a Hybrid it still looks really good on Shark though. I threw the Fury and wasn't a big fan, but the Twisted is one of the balls of the year.

Why bring back a old ball like the Ultimate inferno ?Why not continue production of the Fury solid ?

Because it didn't sell. It didn't sell because for most bowlers who tried it the cover was overly sensitive. Too much surface and it didn't do much. Take the cover up and it skated.

Most bowlers had better things to do with their time than spend endless hours on the spinner trying to find elusive cover match. Sometimes, even years of R&D yield disappointments. May the memory of the Fury rest in peace...
