I would say you need some knee bend at the line. Maybe more bend from the start. The SZ is a hell of a ball, I love mine.

The knee bend is hard.  I injured my left knee a long time ago.  I had it scoped several years ago, but it didn't seem like it got much better.  I'm going to work on strengthening it so that it might hold up a little better.

I would try tucking your arm in closer to your body u chicken wing every shot ur standing on 25 and somehow starting the ball over 10 without even swinging it and knee bend u need just trying to help
