Its not that he drilled the weight wrong its that he didn't even drill it at all he gave me a "conventually" grip because I was just starting my high school year with a Brunswick Nemesis and I wanted to give it a crank. BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOO he kept saying maybe ANOTHER TIME!

If he didn't drill it like you wanted, and YOU PAID for the ball and the drilling, There is NO WAY, I would have paid him.
It doesn't matter how old you are, if you want it drilled fingertip, then he should've drilled it fingertip. If he just drilled it like he wanted to, then I would think he owes you a replacement ball, especially if you told him that is what you wanted.
If you are on a high school team, then why didn't your coach, or your parent/s, make him drill it like you wanted? I understand you may be a beginner, but I don't think that matters.
This is kind of like going in to get your oil changed and telling them that you use pennzoil, only to find out that they put in quaker state because they though they knew more about it than you. You get what you pay for or you don't pay!

And why is this posted here?
If he measured your hand, you should have brought it up to him then!

It wasn't at K-Mart or Dunhams was it?

The driller I deal with did the same thing to a kid, he told him that his hand are too weak and small and can't handle a fingertip drilling..
the kid ball was STORM Paradigm Light (10Lbs)

Agreed.
I also feel that accuracy should come first in bowling. A conventional grip will create less hook putting more of an emphasis on accuracy and not hooking the whole lane. It's a simpler game then and once accuracy and the ability to hit what one is looking at comes the next step is change to a fingertip layout and go from there.
