Nick, Rico, you guys got a link or some details about drilling the layout with the pin about 2 inches below the thumb?  Any help appreciated.

That layout is a beast.  For me in 3 different balls it was Smooth and strong when the conditions were too wet/dry, and for some reason when my other stuff didn't want to turn the corner consistantly, I could jump inside with these layouts and get a ton of recovery.

I tried it in a XXX-Factor, Game Time Pearl, and Purple Silver Powergroove.  The motion of this layout kind of depends on what ball you use it on.  Flipper pieces with cleaner coverstocks will be stronger down the lane, smoother/rounder balls will roll sooner.

I drilled a Zone Classic like this. Great for wet/drys and smoothing it out those flying backends. Strong hook/set type reaction. Rich said it best when he said it makes more of a forward move down lane rather than a sideways.

I put it on a Goliath and really loved the reaction (although it needed lots of oil up front).  Really gave me a controlled backend with great carry.  I gave it a shot on an overseas Columbia ball (particle pearl) and the ball was really over/under for me.
