old school ball red alert question
« on: July 10, 2008, 05:09:18 AM »
just picked up a red alert 15lbs single drill no visible track and never resurfaced. Does anyone know if this ball is worth re-slugging. If so what can I expect from this ball?.

a lot of Brunswick people to want to get it from you!

Was a very good ball. I would definately say it's worth reslugging if it's in as pristine condition as you say.

It was basically a Danger ZOne with a slightly lower Rg and slightly greater differential for earlier and more hook.

If you liked Brunswick, if you liked the DZ, this ball is money in the bank. Basically a lower RG Copperhead. Take the shine off with an 800 grit light grey nylon pad and it's a hook more Copperhead.
