Smokin' the last of the Inferno Line?
« on: October 05, 2005, 04:39:44 AM »
So far i've read there's another ball coming next month in both the BVP line & ZONE line.

Is the Smokin' Inferno the last of the Inferno Line?

I've heard rumours of new high-perfomance lineup? true/false? info?

thanks

The smokin' seems like a logical end to the inferno line, but I do not know if it is for sure.

Inferno
Raging
Blazing
Ultimate
Intense
Absolute
Smokin

If they had another one my request would be:
OI core with Activator + Particle Solid (low load like the Impulze)
Call it the Engulfing Inferno
Colors could be Brimstone Red (from the monster series)

The AI was already a surprising entry to the Inferno line. At the beginning of 2005, the Inferno line was expected to be done and to make space for a new high performance line.
Well, technically I do not think that it would have changed much for the line-up, just different names.
One thing really missing in the Inferno line is a particle ball, but with so many strong reactive balls for oil in the assortment, it might have become obsolete?

Yeah, the Intense at the time was supposed to be the last one.  Supposedly they were working on a new coverstock, and if they got it ready, that would be the end of the Inferno line, and Activator would start being used on midpriced balls.  I guess they're still working on it . .
