I had a sitiuation come up earlier this week with the cancer research viz-a-balls. There were 8 women that wanted this ball for a league that was starting up next week. When I called my distributor they told me it would be 6 weeks to get them. I told my customers this and they went online and ordered those balls and got them in 2 days. If course I drilled them for $35.00 a ball but instead of making $600.00 I made $ 280.00 profit. Now I called Brunswick and got a call back the next day from Chuck Gardner and I would have to say that I was impressed with the response and concern that I got from him. If more ball distributors would have a concern like this for there pro shop operators maybe there would be more of us in business. Thanks again Chuck.
