Thanks Big B!
« on: December 11, 2010, 01:21:37 AM »
Just want to thank Brunswick for making some quality products.  Have thrown my third 300 of the year.  Two have been with Big B, one with Hammer.  Latest 300 was with a pin up Revolver, cover at 3000.  Awesome reading ball, rolls so well, and does carry some hits that I would normally carry.  Seems that Brunswick equipment flies under the radar.  It's a shame really, no one gives them a chance.  I hope that I am opening some eyes in my leagues, and maybe they give them a chance.

Also gotta give a big shout out to Brunsnick! Without chatting with him, about the Wicked Siege, I wouldn't have given them another chance.  Have to say very impressed with the Siege line, specifically the pearls (Evil, and Wicked).  It's nice to have have a look on the lanes that no one else really has.  Three weeks ago, no one had a good look on our pair or the league in general.  On our pair most everyone was having problems even getting to the head pin.  Yet my oob finished Evil Siege was making the corner with no problems.  Our league is using the USBC white pattern, varying it from week to week.  Some weeks longer, some weeks shorter.

Just haven't really been this hyped about bowling in a long time.  Wish I was bowling more then two leagues a week now.

LOL  thanks Mike.  Been throwing it better as of late.  Think I had enough people on Blake's team asking about the ball.  Maybe sold a few!

John, Congratulations on your 3rd 300 this year. I too want to thank Brunsnick again as well for allowing me to get the Wicked Siege before the release date to review it. The Wicked Siege is becoming my favorite ball for leagues or tournaments. ***Warning, FIGJAM: I have shot 741 or better 5 weeks in my late league using the Wicked Siege which has also helped me raise my average 7 pins the last 7 weeks. Also, I shot a 279 game last night using the Revolver which I left a 4 pin in the 5th frame. Both of these balls are AWESOME! I would recommend the Wicked Siege to anyone who is looking for a smooth reacting ball, and the Revolver who is looking for a strong backend reacting ball.
