Total Inferno = awesome
« on: April 22, 2007, 08:24:00 AM »
Got this ball very late in the season, last week of fall/winter league. Wish i had picked one up much sooner. Absolute Inferno on steroids was the quote I heard, and how true. Ball has the pin over the middle finger and cg (nomaddah) just under my tucked pinkie. I threw it in practice once, 268-247, and now twice in the spring league I am in, 725-703 with a 290 in the first set. I have only thrown a ball drilled this way once before. (I am usually a pin under ring to under bridge guy, due to higher speed and being slightly rev challenged). Ball rolls so nicely and makes a smooth sweeping move to the pocket. Carry has been great, but there have been occasional operator errors causing some weak corners. I have a Fury, and am really itching to throw it some, but hate to stop throwing a ball that is working so well for me. The Total is one awesome ball, and seems to have been lost in the shuffle after the release on the Fury.

I really like mine too. I need to give it a run on some heavier oil, and see how it handles it. Good luck bro!

I love both of my Total Infernos. 1 has a weaker drilling and polished that allows me to play straighter up the boards on the outside and the other has a stronger drilling and sanded to 800 grit and does allow me to play deeper but not much deeper.
