What is the OOB finish on this ball ? Can't seem to find anything on it.

Although you probably can't match the orginal oob finish, you can put a 400 grit wet sand to it and then follow it with High Gloss polish.

Should get you real close

I believe they did not have the high gloss polish back then, that is why it says double buff which means 2 coats of ruff buff.

Underlying grit was something like suggested 400 or 600, then 2 coats of the rough buff.

Thanks folks. I was wondering what (double buff) was.
I ended up resurfacing up to 1000 abralon w/high gloss polish, worked well this morning when practicing.
