Hopefully in appropriate forum for this question, nation....

Can anyone explain the following items:

1. Why would Rudy K choose a dull UI with his revs?
2. Del Ballard's layout is of extreme interest to me. What does that layout on his Inferno provide for him?

If I'm understanding correctly, I believe we're saying this would be a late drill, but I thuoght pin below was an early drill. Still confused... Will Del's drill rev early or push and carry in the back?
