Your specs sound almost identical to mine, although I have a bit less speed...and I'm not nearly good enough to bowl the U.S. Open.
Were it me, and I were looking for something for use in earlier blocks or on heavier volume, I'd give some serious thought to the Warp Zone. I have one that is drilled with the "medium-dry" layout from the drill sheet, and it's worked great for me in tournaments on oilier Sport conditions as well as for
giving me some room on tighter shots.
As for something reactive, I'd say that the Ultimate Inferno would probably be your best bet. It's another ball that seems to eat up tougher conditions. One layout that was recommended to me was a 5" pin-to-PAP, with the pin below the ring, CG in the thumb-positive quadrant, and if an XH is needed, put it 6" from the grip center on a line through the CG.
I can't speak for the others on this board, but I've had very little success when I've tried to scuff the high-performance Big B pearls. They tend to want to blow off too much energy in the front part of the lane, and not recover as well from deeper inside.
Hope this helps.
