I know it may not be a "true" heavy oiler to you guys, but with that ball at 800 grit, I see my vapor zone on a heavy shot, DROOOLING big time. That will be worth buying IMO. I wish there was another Zone out that would match it, but I'll go with that. That ball just looks sweet. Its what I hoped the Mammoth would be, great reaction with out too much arc, too much flip, or particle. I would love to see it in action side by side with a similarly drilled VZ, Nick help me out here.

Definitely see the differences in reaction as all the other Inferno's present, according to the video, arc -> strong arc motion yet this ball definitely shows more 'bolas' from the mids on. I may have to add yet another Inferno to my collection

I agree with your analysis. It looks like a good ball. Not sure if it's for a soaked lane but it's not made for one either.

For those of us who love the Vapor Zone and Absolute Inferno, this is definitely the next ball to buy.

I bought a Vapor Zone a couple months ago and I'm smokin' with it so I'm in no hurry for a new ball. It could use a refinishing, however. But I will definitely be picking one of these up in due time.

Its that extra pop that's exciting. Especially from Brunswick as they haven't had the most snappy balls historically. I'm a fan of backend and this one looks to be full of it!

Post by: ssh2 on November 11, 2006, 10:50:30 AM: I watched a Brunswick Am staffer throw his today, 27 in a row with his right out of the box. Said it's the best B ball he's ever seen or thrown. He was playing all over the lane and when he stopped striking is when he jumped way in and played 7th arrow. He threw a couple where the headpin came off the boards harder then Tommy Jones has ever done on TV.

Then I watch the proshop owner that puts the holes in my equipment for me throw the second one and he was throwing pins like he's never done in his life. It didn't matter what he did, he just was ripping racks apart.

I'm still debating about drilling one as I REALLY HATED the AI.
