I have a Strike Zone, love it so much I bought a second and polished it for more medium conditions. Well, that didn't work... it skids how I like but makes a left hand turn so hard that I can't control it. It turns out it still is an oil ball, but now it's jumpy.
So now I'm ready to get away from the skid-snap and make it more arc.
What choices do I have? The Activator cover seems to easily get thru the heads and has a great midlane read, but when polished my Strike Zone solid cover seems to hold ALL energy for a strong turn left.
What are my options?
What will sanding it up to 1500- or 2000-grit do (without polish)? with polish?
Will the Activator handle a 4000 Abralon well, or is the cover too soft and will be high maintenance if used?
Please help....
