adding new equipment, fury pearl or twisted
« on: November 11, 2007, 04:05:14 PM »
currently using an older absolute and a new "original" inferno.  wondering what i could expect from adding the fury pearl or twisted fury.  i bowl down and in at around 15 mph and without high revs.  which of these is more versatile of the 2?

Both could work for you. I would expect that the Twisted makes a sharper turn to the pocket.  The Fury Pearl is one that I have loved from day one, but my Twisted is on it's way so I have not thrown one yet.

Perhaps BrunsNick or someone else who has thrown one can reply here for additional insight.  Good luck.

The Fury pearl is symmetric and the Twisted is Asymmetric; The Pearl is lower RG than the Twisted.  I like lower RG balls.  I was told that the Twisted being Asymmetric would make it rev-up quicker than its RG numbers indicate.

Can someone elaborate on that?  Thanks.
