So let me get this right all i need is to buy any of the brunswick balls from any pro shop or online and send in the receipt to the address with the form on Brunswick's website and they will send me the gas card or does it half to be from like a certain pro shop? and for the gas card any gas station or only certain ones?

So do we get $10 every 30 days or a $40-$100 gas card?
