Twisted Destruction question
« on: November 18, 2008, 02:15:11 AM »
I am a high rev, high speed lefty, I am looking for a ball thats going to get me length downlane, but has a really nice backend pop and recovery on the oil and am looking at either the Twisted Destruction or the Cell Pearl (at 4000 abralon or polished). I want to be able to move left on the drier patterns and have it get me the length I need but still have the good backend for carry. Would this be the right ball?

You could probably make a Destruction do that for you with a weaker drilling and some polish, but IMO the original Twisted Fury would be a better option.  For me, and for the bowlers I've seen who have thrown it, the Destruction has more midlane reaction than the original, and more of a moderate arc at the break.
