According to Brunswick's numbers, the 115/105/80 hook rating/length/shape, these two balls are identical.
Anyone want to chime in and say something helpful about the comparison?

Which inferno are you comparing it to?

I'm willing to bet the Twisted OOB handles lighter conditions better than the OI and it will give you a different look on the lanes. Overall, it may be more flexible, depending on the surface, than anything in the Inferno line excpet for the heavy volume style balls. You can likely use it for the OIU, SI, and maybe the AI based on need, condiition and surface.

I haven't played a TF, but from what I have seen of this ball I'd put it on the same overall strength level as the OI at OOB, but both ball do their job differently - very.
The OI is a rolly piece, get well through the heads with its polish, but revs up very well at the break point, due to its low RG. The TF appears more "light-footed". It has IMHO better traction, and the higher RG pushes the ball further down the lane thanh the OI. Does not look as impressive or dramatic, but achieves the same as the OI through slightly different means.

Take this into consideration. Rick Benoit says it's the best ball Brunswick has made since he's been with them. 'Nuff said . .

Isn't that said about every new ball that comes out

Nope! It is definitely not said about every ball that comes out.
Rick did say that the Twisted gives him more options out of one ball than he's ever seen with a Brunswick ball. Drilling options and surface options make this ball as complete as a ball can get.
