Two UltiMax two mass bias positions. Viva la difference
« on: March 28, 2013, 10:23:26 AM »
Ulti Max....powerful ball.

Picked up a cheap one to go with one of my new ones.

Both similar pin position up over ring(about 5 inch pin to pap for me).
New one mass bias strong abut 1 1/2 inches from thumb forces me in near 30 and over the 14 to 18 area on my house shot.

The other one pin same and mass bias touching the positive side of my thumb.  Playing almost straight up the boards like the typical lefty!  Standing 19 to 22 with very little belly.

Hey Lucky, do you find that this ball reaction still holds true, on several different lane conditions?  Would you be able to post a pic of these balls?

Did you have both spun on a determinator to see where the ending psa moved to?
…… you can't  add a physics term to a bowling term and expect it to mean something.

David,

I have found these angles to continue to be just the same.

Both first drill(essentially) and pin over ring(5 inch pin to pap for me).  And MB touching thumb in the straighter ball, and MB 1 1/2 inches to the strong side on the board covering version.

A lot of strength in the board covering ball!
