Title: Ultimate Inferno Drilling

Im looking for an early rolling drilling for heavy oil, the ball specs are;

Top Weight 3.1oz, Pin Placement 3 - 4.

I wanted the Brunswick E1 layout but you need a 0 - 2 pin placement and Im a high track bowler so it may flare over the finger, any surggestions?

If you want the earliest rolling drilling that still flares, I would go cg axis.  I did this to a reactive before.  I could use it unless I polished it up a ton.  I like the cg axis drilling personally.

Since you are a HIGH track player, for an early roll drill, i would suggest a rev leverage drill with the PIN under the ring finger with the CG kicked out and a x-hole one inch over.

Or you can drill the Pin over the bridge of the fingers with the cg in the middle of your grip. So looking at it it looks stack but with the PIN over the bridge.

The reason i would advise these 2 drill patterns is because my father is a high track player also.

Jonathan,

High trackers have to be very careful about putting the pin below the line from their fingers to their PAP.  Don't want to flare over the holes.  Maybe your father doesn't track as high as you think?  Maybe the ball(s) he's used this pattern with lowers his (normal) track?  I know the Morpheus core from Track tends to lower your track.

Strider: Actually my dad does track close to his fingers but the drill patterns don't track over the fingers. I got these two drill patterns from Storm Technical Director Steve Kloempken. It has worked very well for my dad.
My dad has these patterns layed out on both his Storm and Ebonite balls.
It should be ok on Brunswick Equipment. My first choice would be to put the Pin Up. It seems smoother and more consistent.
