Smokin' Inferno
« on: November 02, 2006, 03:25:26 AM »
I finally got mine drilled up and used it for leagues last night.

6PM league it was rolling well, but I was a little tentative with the release.  I did shoot a 492 with a 166 ave on the sheet.

9PM my team got the honors of bowling on 1 & 2, the pair from hadies, which makes this all the sweeter.  I started with the Vertigo, but switched in the 4th to the Smokin' and was clean with it for a 179.  Game 2 was totally clean with a double and a 4 bagger for a 233.  Game 3 it got a little to jumpy so in the 4th I went to the PDW to finish with a 180/592.  I had a 173 on the sheet and averaged 197

I had it drilled stacked leverage and the shine taken off, as my coach recommended.  It looks like this is going to be a well used ball.
