« on: April 28, 2007, 08:50:50 AM »
a buddy of mine just called me from the airport at reno and told me he purchased a couple of brunswick balls while he was at nationals. he bought a fury which was left in box condtion and he said he also bought a venom zone--------venom zone ? i couldn't find this ball on brunswicks website. do you think he meant to say vapor zone ?

he told me jason guest was the brunswick staffer who helped him with his equipment and that he was very helpful.

i agree. he'd been a columbia man for years as his son bowled at nebraska in the mid 1990's. i was surprised as anyone when he told me he bought two brunswick balls. he also bought a bag and got some heels and soles for his dexter shoes while he was out there.

Yes I remember him now. He also bought a Target Zone and a pair of SST 5's. Our prices are too good to resist. He was a great customer.

his name is john spencer and he owns the dhl franchise in saint joseph, missouri. he admitted that it was indeed the vapor zone. he said he's not "up" on all the brunswick stuff.....after all, he's had that other stuff from san antonio for years.......

When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.
