versatile/benchmark zone
« on: October 11, 2006, 04:28:56 PM »
I'm revamping my arsenal this fall (going through ::yet another:: grip change and all the old stuff is punched at least twice so I'm donating it to the youth)   and I've decided to start with something from the Zone series.  For a while I'll just be carrying this one new ball and a plastic piece, so which ball will see me through the widest range of conditions?

As I understand it, from strongest to weakest, it's Strike, Vapor, Red, Classic.

So I'm thinking either the Vapor or Red and leaning towards the Red.

Alternatively, I see the Classic Zone on clearance from alot of retailers, so I might get it and pair it with a Vapor or Strike.

I'd appreciate any input.  Thanks in Advance.

They are all great balls.  Vapor Zone drilled strong can handle a good amount of oil.  The Red is your best bet to start because the cover is so verastile to changes.

the red zone would be a good benchmark ball provided it's drilled with a stable layout.
