I got my Mastermind drilled up a week or so ago. Finally had a chance to throw it on some oil (Badger - 52', 30 mL). So far I'm impressed. Revs up faster than the red/black Nexxus, but I did go with a lower pin this time. I left it at the box (1500 siaair) surface (Nexxus was 1000 abralon). The Nexxus didn't exactly lope a bunch, but the easy revving, strong mid lane, smoother roll of the Mastermind is what I'm looking for in oil. The Nexxus might have been better? for heavier house shots where you want a stronger response to friction, but for me the Mastermind reads long/heavy oil better. Of course, this is only one pattern, but so far I really like the way it rolls.

Also...I love putting the c close to my thumb, it really makes my ball rev up and move in oil. Great choice of layout ...
Hole or no hole?

No hole. I want to throw it on a few heavier conditions before I decide. I like the general layout because it gives me the option to use a hole or not. I added a P4 weight hole on my Black Widow Bite to open up the flare rings and it made a substantial difference in reaction. The Mastermind's flare rings don't need that, so if I add one it will be for fine tuning the reaction.
I have a Yeti video on here somewhere, probably in the videos forum. I threw it on the 2013 Viper and on a house shot, although the video on the THS isn't great.
