Help From The Big B People
« on: January 08, 2006, 01:08:05 AM »
I am looking for a low Rg, solid coverstock, oil ball.  I need two seperate catagories, reactive & particle. Give me your opinions please.

As with all things, this is my opinion. And we all know, opinions are like butt-holes, we all have one.

Check out the upcoming Scorchin' Inferno (www.spobag.de), a replacement for the truty Ultimate Inferno (solid Activator). Should hit the shops soon, but is not on Brunsiwck's website yet.

Concerning particle, Brunswick has not much to offer anymore. There's the Goliath, but it is for soup only (extra high load!), a special condition ball. Then there is the BVP Ambush, probably Activator pearl with light load particle - but it has medium RG and is not an oil, rather a control ball. Then there is the trusty Power Groove Black Sparkle... never underestimate it. Light load, too, but 400 sanded. If you have some hand, this can be a tough piece.
Strongest particle option at the time is the Impulse Zone. Solid Activator light load particle, with medium-low RG and a n asymmetricla core. It comes polished, but I think when you open up the surface a bit it should handle some oil well.
