Actually, 45 feet can be light, medium, or heavy, and can also play differently depending on the type of surface and brand of oil. Just too many variables too give an accurate answer, but a cranker ought to be able so make any of the listed balls move. You might want to worry more about an over/under reaction if the difference between 10-0 and 10-30 is severe. With your speed, given medium or medium heavy oil, I would go with a Bruiser, take off the shine, and drill it with the pin under the ring and the CG kicked right a bit. That seems to be a good generic layout for crankers from what I've seen in my neck of the woods. Mostly guesswork and speculation on my part, but that's the best you're gonna get. One good thing about the Bruiser - the surface adjusts well.
