We know PB3 is classy, BUT...

...this takes the cake!

I sent him an email with my putfile page link and asked him if he could evaluate and give me some helpful advice. He replied by asking for my phone number(s) so he could call me personally.

THAT'S TOO FREAKIN' COOL!

IMO, Parker is the best ambassador the sport has seen in a long time!

Good stuff.  Sounds like a great person to be a representative for the sport of bowling.  Just don't expect to bowl as good as Parker even with his coaching expertise!

That's very true in many cases, not just sports. Even though I didn't like the way Henry Rollins treated me, I'm glad he did take the time to reply personally. To have someone like Parker care so much about the sport and take the time to reply by phone to a fan speaks volumes for his character!

These are rare things today.

met him a few years in row when he came to Vegas to work with a very good youth bowler that is a lefty. Always super cool and actually remembered my first name on year two, He loves kids and have nothing but nice to say about him.

Well, did he ever call you???  Maybe he was just being a smart-arse.  You know like, "sure, give your number and I'll get right on that..."  LOL

I'm only kidding...PB3 has always been one of my favorites...but I could see him "pulling your leg" by asking for your phone number...

Near as I can tell, if you look in the dictionary under "Class", the only entry is a picture of Parker Bohn III.

You sure you didn't look under "badass" by mistake, shelley?  Wait, it doesn't matter.  Chuck Norris is in every entry in the dictionary by now, I'm sure.

Chuck Norris' picture is beside every word that is an adjective, and just remember every entry in the Guinness Book of World Records was the closest attempt to break Chuck Norris' records.  Indeed Chuck Norris owns every world record there is to own  

On a serious not to this post.  PB3 is a class act.  He comes every year to south eastern PA to help out Matt Himmelreich and the Pennsylvania Junior Bowlers Tour.  He basically hosts the last event of the year at Blue Ball Lanes.  He puts on a trick shot show, he will give any advice possible and he even will take people he meets out for a bite to eat.  Since I am a close and personal friend to Matt, Parker even bought my dinner for me one night at a local restaurant, in fact that night he ended up buying for about 25 people that came along in a big group.  He is one of the best ambassadors to the sport bowling will ever have.  I hope he continues his loyalties and his class act.

Not only is that classy and HE is classy....he is also one of the only people I really want to watch when I turn on the Pro tour.

I've been spoiled by the correct side throwing of Dave Davis!
