Hi have some questions hope you can help:
AI in original box condition, by putting high gloss polish over it, will it change the reaction of the ball ? if not how should I prepare the surface so that the ball long and snap hard ? Thanks..

agreed. the absolute inferno is a very powerful reactive pearl. it comes from the factory wetsanded 220 grit and the brunswicks rough buff compound is applied. if you want more length do what i did. scuff off the rough buff and wetsand it to a finer grit and then polish it. how much finer ? trial and error will tell.
