Hey fellow Nation members...I use a Raging Inferno as my primary ball...matches up great with my style but I need to get a ball for Heavier oil conditions and something that will carry in those conditions...I was using a Big Bully for such occasions and it works great when the lanes are flooded but I also think it just doesn't match up right for my style...it has that angular snap/skid reaction down the lane and sometimes just spends all of it's energy before it hits the pocket.  I sold it and I am getting an Ultimate Inferno...anyone out here that has thrown both balls?  Is there a big difference or are they comparable?  I'm mostly a down and in stroker/tweener...med revs.

The PIN was above the ring finger...I don't know what the PAP was...I'm not that familiar with those things...I have pictures at home though that would probably show all those things.

First off, I'd take the surface to about 800 grit sanded, then layout the ball pin under the bridge (without a PAP distance, lets just say under the ring roughly 4-5" from your imaginary axis point) With a decent pin distance, this will put the cg in the thumb quadrant and might require a weight hole (depending on starting top weight), which will only promote an earlier, smoother breakpoint.
