What kind of ball is this, pictured in link?

plastic ball...maxims have about the same core stats...as do the rest of the target zones...www.jerrys300club.com has ebonite gemstones which have the werewolf core in them(under specials)

Nope, though it has the "Zone" name, it's just a normal plastic ball.

I thought that yellow amulet ball from visionary had some form of a weight-block too.  Was it just a pancake too?

The Infra-red amulet was transparent red, polyester,  and had a core in it as well.

FYI, The EBonite Gemstones series were also polyester, with VERY dynamic core. Had one; can't tell you how many 10 pins I missed with that BEAUTIFUL ball. FInally had to get rid of it.

Unused, they were probably some of the most simply beautiful balls I've ever seen. The translucent shell was tinted with red, blue, green or purple. Once you started bowling with them, they got scratched up, as was to be expected.

I know the description says its a werewolf core but look at this:

It isn't the werewolf core, it is the werewolf SPARE core.  I've had 4 werewolfs and I can tell you the "gemstone" core isn't the Red Hot Glow werewolf core.  The factory specs were low-rg, meaning a center heavy core.  If your spare ball werewolf core were the core of the original werewolf, it  wouldn't have been a low rg ball.

Your sarcastic "your welcome" was uncalled for and it only makes you look like the dick not me.

Well, whatever the core, the Gemstone was freaking amazing.  Mine flared about six inches.
