Title: What kind of Zone is this?

Need to know what kind of Zone this is . I am sorry my camera is on the fritz.  Here is a description....production date ( off serial number on ball ) August , 1998.....medium blue and darker blue swirl......yellow Z mark and white ZONE letters under Z.....Yellow " radioactive like" symbol or " core like " symbol on opposite side of ball- sort of a circle with a core in the center and cross hair marks at 12,3,6,and 9 o clock. This balls new owner wants to plug and redrill to increase ball reaction from original Columbia Beast..........need to determine if this is a decent decision or of she would be better off putting money towards a new ball ( my thoughts would be the latter ),

I believe that is an old plastic Target Zone. The older target zones had the crosshair logo on them.
