Post by: TJFreaky24 on February 04, 2006, 02:15:58 AM
Ill be the first to admit I'm not well versed in layouts and such, but what kind of layout is this...never seen a ball drilled up like this before.

Probably why he's selling it. I've seen high pins, but not quite that far up. Most have been long pin balls.

I know a great bowler in the NY State hall of fame who used to drill most of his balls that way and usually ordered balls with 4-5" pins.

If you can do it with a pencil, you can do it with a bowling ball.

I remember watching Fran Bax bowl on the TV Roll Offs.
I can remember on one show that they said something
about him with his 4" pin balls and that it was
out of the ordinary. But for those of us who know
Fran you know he was a little out of the ordinary.
Great guy and a great bowler.

Scroll down towards near the bottom. Looks just like that Inferno drilling.

Place pin and CG 5-1/2" from PAP

Locate MB in between ball track and strong position

Use scale to determine static balance

High track players will benefit from this layout
